Simply put, your shirt gets printed after you place an order. This allows us to offer more design, color and size options without the cost of maintaining a large inventory – cost that would ultimately increase our prices.
Once payment for your order has been verified, production time is usually 2-3 business days. Once your order has been created, it will ship via the method you choose at checkout. Our standard shipping option is 3-5 business days.
We offer a wide range of shipping options. The cost varies depending on the size of your order and how quickly you need it.
However, ALL orders over $75 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping!
Ultimately we want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you feel that your shirt isn’t up to standard, contact us via our website and one of our staff will work directly with you to resolve the issue.
In most cases, Thread Sumo will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your shirt, a refund will be issued, which usually takes 2-3 business days to process.
